Memories of Aunt Eva are many. The stories she could tell and her longevity. Wow, we have lost a wealth of history. She loved her family. Always caring her brag book of her grandchildren. You were welcomed around their table at meal time. Lots of laughter. Domino games played. She had time for neighbors and friends. There were plenty of bandaids, ointment for scrapes and cuts with lots of hugs. The good times and love that she showed will be missed. I feel that she had a deep faith that kept her going these many years, Not that she talked about it but by the way she treated her fellowman. The family has lost a real matriarch. To Rose and Norma your mother will be missed. Take heart in being or becoming the person God intended you to be so you can meet her in the grand scheme of things which is eternity. My prayers are with you. Please draw strength that your mother is with her Lord. Love you, Jeanette Lincoln (Midland, TX)

I have alot of memories of going to grandma and grandads when I was small. There was always plenty to eat and a glass of milk to go with it.
My daddy married Zilla Rose when I was 6,and I announced OH BOY!!! I am a Best now.
I was out of touch with the family for lots of years. I have to say though,
grandma and grandad were honest and very hard working people. They were loved and respected. They did alot for my daddy when he returned to school at middle age. For that I am truly grateful.
Grandma and grandad are together now, no more pain and suffering. Their love lives on in our hearts.
