Jessie Wineman Obituary
A memorial service will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa. at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Fox Chapel Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to League for Animal Protection, P.O. Box 561, Fincastle VA, 24090 or the charity of one's choice. Arrangements are being handled by Simpson Funeral Home and Crematory, Roanoke.

Jessie was my big sister when I went into nurses' training at Presbyterian Hospital. She was a good nurse and a good friend for me while in training. May God bless and comfort the family.

I am so lucky to have known such a wonderful lady. It makes me smile when I think about all of the wonderful meals and stories we shared. She was one of a kind.
