Russell M. Wiley

Mr. Russell M. (Dee Dee) Wiley, 65, of Roanoke, Va., and formerly of Salem, Va., passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Lillie Mae Wiley; three brothers; and three sisters. Survivors include his daughter, Angela M. Wiley; son, Russell T. Wiley; stepdaughter, Cynthia Newbill Fountain; stepsons, Christopher and Richard Newbill, all of Roanoke; a sister, Vivian Johnson, of Salem; a brother, Henry (Joyce) Wiley, of Roanoke; seven grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; a devoted friend, Linda Warraich; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2010, at Serenity Funeral Home with Pastor Adrian Dowell officiating. Interment will follow in Williams Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday evening, June 11, 2010, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
