Never thought I'd miss the daily phone conversation of Grandma asking me "What are you gonna do today" and me saying "Nothing, I don't feel like doing anything" then her reply "Well, nothing is a good job to do".
Going to miss you terribly but I'll see you later :)

Dear Betty & David, Marie, Judy & Bill, as well as all of the grandchildren and greats, Truly, Earth's loss is Heaven's gain. What a sweet, loving and caring Mother / Grandmother that you all were blessed with. While your hearts are saddened, hers is happy to be with her husband and most of all her Lord and Savior. We haave had the pleasure of knowing her for around 20 years and loved her dearly too. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all in the days and months ahead. You are a special family that we are blessed to be a part of. God Bless.

Betty Joe, Marie, Judy and your families know this, but I must say that your Mother was one of the sweetest ladies in the world. She will truly be missed and fondly remembered by all that ever had the pleasure of knowing her warm and loving nature. I talked with Dad on several occasions (Quinton) about attending Aunt Velma's service but he said that he can not make the trip. I remember several of our trips to Florida and we stayed with your mom and dad, you were made and always felt right at home, Aunt Velma's cooking and making sure you had everything you needed and Uncle Raymond's stories, what great memories. I know words can only comfort so much, but the precious memories we all have can, remember those.
In deepest sympathy from the entire Quinton Goodin family, Dad(Quinton), Bill and Darlene, Vi and Frank Maus, and us, Greg and Sherry.
We love you.
