I met Brian a few years back when he came to the Fredericksburg area from West Virginia. I filled in on a few gigs with Brian when his guitar player quit his band and left him "hanging". I got to know Brian and although he went on to form a new band at that time and I resumed playing in a blues band, I always liked Brian. He was always in a good mood and SUPER FRIENDLY ! I am saddened to learn of his passing and wish to send my deepest sympathies to his family and friends. My wife Jeanie was also very fond of Brian and remembers him as a warm, "jolly" kind of guy. Brian will be missed by many and remembered by all. He was a wonderful and talented person.

respectfully,

Brian & Jeanie Stallard

I had the joy and pleasure of meeting Brian when he & his band played for a benefit for my daughter Bailey Bullock, who at age 4 was diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer. My heart breaks over his passing. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

I only met Brian once, he volunteered his time as well as his band mates to play at a Cancer Sucks II benefit that we had back in October. He was awesome and we really appreciated all of his kindness...my sympathy to all of the family.
