I met Brian a few years back when he came to the Fredericksburg area from West Virginia. I filled in on a few gigs with Brian when his guitar player quit his band and left him "hanging". I got to know Brian and although he went on to form a new band at that time and I resumed playing in a blues band, I always liked Brian. He was always in a good mood and SUPER FRIENDLY ! I had the joy and pleasure of meeting Brian when he & his band played for a benefit for my daughter Bailey Bullock, who at age 4 was diagnosed with a rare form of childhood cancer. My heart breaks over his passing. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

I only met Brian once, he volunteered his time as well as his band mates to play at a Cancer Sucks II benefit that we had back in October. He was awesome and we really appreciated all of his kindness...my sympathy to all of the family.
