I am sorry for your loss. It's a loss that affects so many. I had the blessing of knowing your mother when I worked for the City of Lynchburg. She was delightful, friendly and kind. Although our meetings were 'official,' I thought of her as a friend the moment we met. She left an impression that I will never forget.
