I am the son of Constance Perine Stoner. I had the opportunity to meet Tim on two occasions. In particular, he was visiting with my mother's uncle Fred Perine when he had served as First Secretary for African Affairs in London. Africa was then in full explosion on many fronts and Tim's observations were most interesting. Also, he was very helpful when our family went to live in London in 1967. I am very proud to be a distant relation.
