Harold was the heart and sole of our family. Anytinme we went to his house, we were always guaranteed to laugh. We have so many good memories with our cookouts, Thankgiving and Christmases, they will never be the same without you. You fought the battle a long time and now you can rest in peace. As Terry said at your funeral, now you are walking with two legs and that's a glorious thought. It's comforting to know you are with Kennth, Sandra, and Gangie. We love you and will forever miss you.

Papa, as I try to write something on your guestbook, I cannot find the words to say, or even begin to describe the way I feel. I'm just lost here without you. But I'm comforted knowing that you are always watching over me and Mimi, and everyone else, and that I will see you again one day. I know you would want me to stick with Mimi, so without hesitation, I will. We and everybody else, just misses you dearly. Mason misses you and the "bear trap". I will personally miss all the trips to Home Depot to spend all our money on flowers for your garden. I love you Papa, It's, not a good bye..It's a See you later.

Papa,
I miss you already, it is like you went on a fishing trip or the beach here at home. I have too many words for you now and the future to be putting on an online guestbook,so ill keep it to myself, it just cant all be summed up unless I want to sit here for days. Thank you to the people who did pay their respects to him at his services the last two days. He would have been proud of the turnout of friends he received on family night. You were Smokey Wilson's #1fan through the years and Im glad he got to sing at your funeral today. You would have had it no other way.For me things are ok now, it's just as time goes on and the reality sets in that you are gone.

Harold, I miss you so much that words cannot describe. You brought so much to our family in terms of loyalty, humor, and laughter. I'll never forget those Christmas Eves and Thanksgiving nights at your house, especially those where you dressed up as Santa. Thanks for being a great friend to all of us! I love you and will forever miss you. The only thing that gives me comfort is to know that you are in paradise with Grandma, Gangie and Kenneth.

Harold, You will be missed so much by your family. We love you and are glad you are no longer suffering. No cookout will ever be the same without you. I will always think of you as Gavin plays baseball through the years. I know how much you loved to watch the kids play. Rest in peace with Mama, Gangie and Kenneth! Love Always, Kim
