Henry Goldbach Obituary

Henry Goldbach, 85, went to his final resting place with our Lord, Jesus on Sunday, April 11, 2010. "Uncle Henny" was a loving, caring, compassionate man, who touched many, many lives. He was beloved by anyone who ever met him. He was truly God's special gift to us. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Helen and Anthony Goldbach, his brother, Anthony Goldbach, his brother-in-law, Ed Albert and his great-great nephew, Joshua Underwood. He is survived by his four sisters, Emma Harris, Ruth Albert, Helen Goldbach, Marion Collins; his sister-in-law, Sue Goldbach; and his two brothers-in-law, Chris Harris and Peter Collins. Also, he is survived by his nieces and nephews, Carol Mauceri, Tom and Chris Harris, Robert Goldbach, Barbara Tortora, Joan O'Connor, Ed, Ray and Mark Albert, Debbie Wright and Peter Collins; as well as several great and great-great nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the Catholic Church of The Transfiguration in Fincastle. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2010 at Godwin Cemetery in Fincastle. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.rader-funeralhome.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, Daleville.
