It was my priviledge to serve as Rusty's vice president last year when he was president of our Resident Council. He cared very much about his community and was very active in it. He is a loss to all of us. Rusty was a fine man, a Christian, and a friend. My wife and I will dearly miss him.

To the Trollinger family, I am so sorry to hear about Rusty. Rusty and became good friends when I meet him while delivering a wheelchair to him. He had a big big heart. He was there for me during a rough time and that meant a lot to me. Rusty will be missed. I had seen Rusty as often in the past couple of years but I always considered him a true friend. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
