EDITH ANN EDWARD TYNDALL
LUMBERTON — Edith Ann Edwards Tyndall, 78, passed away Sunday, Sept. 3, 2017, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton.
She was born April 11, 1939, to the late Wilbur Edwards and the late Anna Kinlaw Edwards. She was a member of the Joytones Choir and the Godwin Heights Baptist Church Choir.
She was preceded in death by her parents and A daughter, Robin Tyndall Davis.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Tyndall of the home; a daughter, Diana Tyndall Wright and husband Alan of Lumberton; four grandchildren, Jason Rice and wife Wendy of Lumberton, Krystin Rivers and husband Eric of Chesterfield, S.C., Steven Newman and fiancée Kathleen Davis of Lumberton, and Austin Tyndall of the home; and four great-grandchildren.
A time of visitation will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Hawes officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Cemetery.
