Born in Auburn, Calif., but went to school and was raised in Lincoln. He spent most of his life on the same corner of First and E. Street. He was the 4th generation of Beerman's.
Buddy worked at Gladding McBean for 14 years, then Sierra Pine Limited in Rocklin for 27 years. He liked fishing and hanging around the yard.
He was preceded in death by his father, Olen Moore, mother, Margaret Beerman Moore and sister Kathleen Braden.
Buddy is survived by his wife, Marian, of 48 years; daughter, Julie Moore of Lincoln; son, Robert Moore of Roseville; mother-in-law, Mildred Kohler of Lincoln; sisters-in-law, Judy Chavez of Roseville and Angela Thomas of Lincoln; brother-in-law, Carl Bennett of Stockton; and cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be an informal gathering on October 30, 2010 from 1 to 5 p.m. in our yard.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. It's comforting to know that God cares for all of us. The Bible gives us hope that one day we can see our loved ones again. On behalf of all mankind Jesus surrendered his soul. John 15:13 says “No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his soul on behalf of his friends.” Truly I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one and I hope these few words will bring you comfort and hope.

I am so sorry for your loss. I did not know Buddy but did research in the Auburn area on the Beerman surname. I started with Adolph W. Beerman that was born in Germany in 1866. God Bless the family during this time.

Buddy and I were "Buddys" all thru the elementary and high school days. I passed his home each time I was in Lincoln to care for my Mom over the last years. I always thought of him each time I passed.
I send my deepest condolences to his family. I know he was a really good person in this world.
