Hey Vince, it's your Cuz Renee. I am so thankful for you coming back into my life and I was given the chance to see what a wonderful and kind man you had become. Words just weren't enough, when you came to my side to care for my brother and to let him know that he was in the family's hands now.
You made it comfortable for me, and I thank you for that and I really do not know what I would done without you. You were my blessing Vinney! Within a short time, I needed you again for Terry and you were there. Well Vinney they say things happen in three's and you being the 3rd was a nightmare. With all my heart I was truely blessed to have you come back in my life as brief as it was I will always hold a special place in my heat for you. I know that you are with the family now and will be watching over all of us that still remain here. I will miss you!

Thanks, Vince (wherever you are), for the five years of Sunday Night Basketball. Since October of 2005 when I first joined you and the Woodland/Davis gang at the DHS gym from 7 to 9 every week, we guarded each other in almost every game. I came to know and admire your clever game and your characteristic moves. I miss you. Best wishes to your family and friends. Dennis D. from Davis (and the Davis Cemetery District).

Vince was a professional and a caring individual. With the recent passing of love one's he made this entire process a lot less painfull then it already is. He demonstrated a real passion for helping the poor during their grief by working with them, listening to them, even when they didn't make any sense, and never making fun of them or being rude like others. He had a kind heart and I like to say, Thank you Vince for being you and for all your help during my families very difficult times. We will miss you? God bless.

Debi and all the members of the Sacramento Beagle MeetUp wish to extend our sincere condolences to the family of Vince Salaiz. Vince was one of our most active members, being with us from April 27, 2007. He was enthusiastic about our meet-up and would travel all the way from his home in Woodland to take an active part in many activities. He made suggestions for MeetUp and always supported the Beagle MeetUp. He was a very loyal member You may recall his dogs. Digger (passed) Lacey, Lucy, Derringer. They were very feisty and loved playing in the parks. Vince will be missed by us all. It was a pleasure to know him.
