I remember you like it was yesterday. I was just a little girl when you and my mom, Bobby, were friends and you ruffled my hair. I slapped your hand but in truth, you were larger than life to me. I thought of you many times over the years and wish we had been able to see you again. You will always be my Elvis!

Heaven just received another Elvis. I saw "Johnny Spence" perform as Elvis in the 1980's and he was one of the best I have every seen. I even had the chance to talk with him and he was as good to his fans as Elvis Presley was. Thanks Johnny for keeping the memory of the King alive. For your talents and kindness, you will forever be remembered and missed. Rest in Peace.

My heartfelt condolences to Jerry's family. Some loved Johnny because he reminded them of Elvis. I love Elvis because he reminds me of Johnny. John was the ultimate entertainer on and off stage. My fondest memories of our almost 40 year friendship are of John singing to me while sitting atop a picnic table in the woods or while rowing a boat around Murphy Lake in Park Ridge. R.I.P. Jerry. I will always love you. Love, Lana

Johnny, you were the very 1st Elvis impersonator I saw and it was the very 1st date I ever went out on in high school. I will never forget what an amazing performer you were. I grew up always hearing from other people, just how much youve touched so many hearts and I know mine was certainly one of them. You were certainly a class act and I know I will never forget meeting you and seeing your show. Rest in peace friend

To Terry, Amber, Daniel and family and of course to John,
We all share in your loss and loved John every single day as you all did. He was very special and all who came in contact with him realized that.
To my 'brother' John,
Over the past 35 years we had great times. We had a blast putting together many shows. When we put together the first (and only) 'comeback' show at the Park Place our agreement was that you would take care of the music end of it and I would take care of the rest. And WOW...did you ever take care of your end...you were SPECTACULAR just like you were at the dozens of shows we were together for after that. The 'private' tmes we spent together were just as great as we got to know each other on all levels and were happy just hangin' out and driving around. As you once said, we were very good for each other as we balanced each other out and never let each other get too full of ourselves. I'll always fondly remember and cherish the good times as well as the not so good times we had. You were the best.

To Dave and Gabe,

Although you only had him for a short time in your lives you made a lot of great memories that you will keep with you always! You are so lucky to find a wonderful father and papa.
