Over 50 years ago, I managed a beauty salon in the shopping center on Charles St. He owned it. I don't even remember the name, but will never forget Tom and his beautiful flowers.

i just wanted his kids, grandkids, and other loved ones to know that I always remembered him as a good man.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom many times over when he would be the florist of choice with a bride or group function at the Clock Tower. What a generous soul and truly a remarkable man. I am very sorry to hear of your loss.
Heaven will only look better with Tom's creations~

I'm sorry for your Loss, I worked for Tom one summer a LONG time ago at his shop on Charles Street. Then he was one of my customers when I went to Work as a designer at Bill Doran Co. He was also a Good friend of my Father, Sam. He was always very nice to me. Marci Salamone Englund

While growing up "in the 60's" Tom became very instrumental in my life.
He hired me while I was in high school and an everlasting bond was born. It was Toms extreme trust in me as a young man that I have remembered almost every day of my life.
I can still recount his encouraging phrase of "Cmon boy, you can do it !" and his " Hi, Kiddo!" when he would greet Linda.
His glowing smile was everpresent even over the rough roads of his life.
Tom you are missed at our early morning coffees, but I am sure that you are revelling in Our Saviors ever eternal smile.

Dad, I love you very much. We have had some fun times together. I am going to miss all of our long talks. Thank you for being the awesome Dad you were. You raised me to be a very independent, strong woman which has served me, you and our family well. You leave a legacy of great faith. Faith that anything can be done if you put your mind to it and have God on your side. Your entrepreneurial spirit has passed down from generation to generation. There's no doubt that you have touched the lives of many for good and will continue to touch the lives of those you have left behind. I have great peace knowing that Jesus met you in heaven and wiped away your tears and healed your body. I can only imagine what it's like waking up in heaven and dancing on the streets of gold with Jesus. I will look forward with great anticipation to the day we will meet again. Maybe we can dance on a table together one more time! Love and miss you.
Your daughter, Penny

Tom was a great friend to my parents, Larry & Gloria Holcomb. I grew up delivering flowers with my dad and having Tom be a part of my life through my parents...very sad to hear this news,
