Born Nov. 2, 1918, passed away in Sacramento on Oct. 13, 2011 at the age of 92, She will be deeply missed by her 4 sons, Kenneth Cheung (Yum Wah), Ivan Cheung (Yuk Wah), Samuel Cheung (Sai Wah) and Jacob Cheung (Chun Wah) and daughters-in-law, Pauline Cheung (Chan Lai Wan), Humey Cheung (Leung Yim Ngor), May Cheung (Pi Mei Lan) and Elsa Cheung (Wong Kwai Yuk), 6 daughters Agnes Luk (Cheung Lai Chu), Cecilia Wong (Cheung Lai Sheung), Griselda Schmidtke (Cheung Lai Ping), Vera Cheung Tarn (Cheung Lai Kuen), Zenobia Chien (Cheung Lai Mei) and Odette Cheung Lau (Cheung Lai Ha), and sons-in-law, Albert Luk (Siu Kon), Daniel Wong (Hon Cheung), Erwin Schmidtke, and Lawrance Lau (Chi Kin), 9 grandsons, Warren Cheung (Wai Lun), Wilson Cheung (Wai Sun), James Luk (Ka Hay), Rhys Wong (Yan Dat), Jethro Tarn (Hung Kwan), Henry Chien, Aaron Lau (Sheung Chi), Bruce Lau (Sheung Ying), Clement Lau (Sheung Tsun), 2 granddaughters-in-law, Noble Luk (Law Bo Ka), Flora Wong (Chan Fong Lam), 5 grandaughters, Anna Cheung (Pui Sum), Carina Cheung (Pui Wai), Adeline Cheung (Pui Ling), Fiona Tarn (Shu Ying), Karen Wong (Chien Sho Ying), grandson-in-law Jason Wong (Lok-Ho), 2 great-grandsons, Brian Luk (Kai Fung), Jesse Wong (Jing Yuen) and one great-granddaughter Carmen Luk (Kai Yan).
Friends are welcome for visitation on Friday, October 21, 2011, at East Lawn Elk Grove, 9189 East Stockton Blvd., Elk Grove, CA 95624, 4-7pm and the Funeral Ceremony and the celebration of her life on Saturday, October 22, 2011, 9am at the chapel of East Lawn Elk Grove. A Memorial Mass will be held on October 23, 2011 at 3pm at Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, 1017 -11th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.
