Dwight was one of the finest men we have ever known, he took time out for others and our son will never forget Dwight taking him fishing when he was small. If only more people patterned their life after Dwight what a wonderful world this would be. He will be terribly missed and we are all better for knowing him. Our love & prayers to the family.

May the comfort of God and the peace of Christ be yours during this difficult time. Dwight was a faithful friend during the time that I was his pastor, and I appreciate so much his spirit and his patience. He taught me how to lay stone, and was an excellent teacher during the times that I fished with him at High Rock Lake. I remember his laugh still, especially when I would hang my line in a stump or even a tree along the shore.

You have truly been blessed having him in your life. May his memories always encourage you and be a source of strength.

Linda and Family: Dwights passing is such a sad loss to the neighborhood and community. Dwight always had a smile to share and a pleasant sense of humor. We should only want that more people would have the integrity and friendly attitude he blessed us with. He was a fine neighbor....we will miss Dwight.
You are in our prayers and thoughts as we ask God, who is in control of all things, to bring you comfort in these trying days.
Our sincere condolences,
Randall and Ann Smith and Family

Dear Linda, Beth, Ellen & All the family,

The news of Dwight's passing leaves me in shock, and I think of how much courage your all must have had in this past year as you went through his illness together.

My prayers are with you as the days and months unfold ahead, that you will guard what sweet memories you have shared in the life with which God has blessed you.

I remember a man whose talents were extraordinary; who was at the same time humble and quiet, honest, strong and upright; whose generosity was always magnanimous.

May his light remain in your hearts always... and his example be one we never forget.

Love to you,
Becca
