Paul Jensen Obituary
Beloved husband, father, grandfather, Paul T. Jensen, passed away at his home on May 4, 2012 after a battle with cancer. Paul was born February 26, 1930 to Truman E. Jensen and Winnifred Laub Jensen in Garfield, Utah. He married Marion Walters August 4, 1948. He loved fishing, boating and camping. He loved airplanes and served in the CAP and Air National Guard. Paul served as a South Salt Lake Police Officer and as a security guard at the Nevada atomic bomb test site in the early 50's.
Paul is survived by his wife, Marion; children, Paul Kirk (Cheryl), Brent (Debbie), Kerry (Merla), Clinton (Mary), Ronald (Lauresima); brother, Alan (Esperanza) Jensen; 12 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Jensen; his parents; two brothers; and his sister.
Graveside services will be Thursday, May 10, 2012 at 12 Noon at Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 E. 4580 S. Viewings will be at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State Street, Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:45-11:30 a.m. Online condolences: www.jenkins-soffe.com.

we will miss you uncle paul ,the last time we seen him was at my moms funeral and he was an uplifter of laughter.its is a comfort to me to know you will be there to watch over your little sister(manon dixie jensen) my mom.hope to one day meet the rest of the family our love goes out to auht marion sorry for your loss.
