Born November 12, 1964, it is in great sadness that we have to announce the passing of our loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and good friend to many. He passed away of a tragic death in his home on May 31, 2014. He is going to be greatly missed by everyone. Growing up he loved playing baseball and received many trophies. He was active in the LDS Church during his youth and he worked his way up in the priesthood. Ted loved to work on cars and his bike in his spare time. He also worked as a mechanic and loved driving semi. Ted would step out of his way to help anyone if he could. He loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.
He is survived by his wife, Patty; children, Heather, Dustin (Allen), Stephanie (Donnie), Troy, and Annette; grandchildren, Harmonie and Cadence; brothers, Thom (Lori), Michael (Mary Ann), and Clayton (Mary), and Matthew; step-mother Kathleen; nephews and Nieces, Brandon (daughter, Aubrey), Victor, Jeffry (daughter, Willow), Alec, TJ, Karen, David, and JJ; and dearest friends Cydne and Jesse. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shanna Patterson and Phillip LaCombe.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014, 4 p.m. at the Murray Memorial Mortuary, 5850 South 900 East, Murray. Online condolences may be shared at www.murraymemorial.com. Ted will be deeply missed by all of us.

Teddy was my best friend in elementary and jr high school, I just looked him up and was saddened to find that he has passed awayI, I have great memories of hanging out at his house on 600 north, riding bikes and the crazy things we did as kids, my heart goes out to his entire family, I am so sorry for your loss, he was my best friend growing up and I will always have fond memories of my buddy.

My darling dear sweet husband i miss my best friend. lover.and husband.I think of you every day ,I carry you in my heart every where go. their isnt a day that goes by, that I don't think about you at least a million times a day or more,I love you and i will always love you we will be together again. i"m not far behind. I miss you so. I wear your ashes around my neck in a gold heart, I also had some of your ashes spread across the ocean when I went to Catalenea island . I told you, I would love you forever and I would never leave you. its still hard for me to believe that you are really gone. wish you were here with me today so we could of spent the day with our kids but instead I will be alone as I always am Happy Thanksgiving love always an forever your wife patty I LOVE YOU....SEE YOU SOON. I can't express the sorrow I feel for the family. Just know that I care. My only memory of Teddy was at a family reunion about 32 years ago. I send my love and support to you all.
