Boyd Matthews Obituary
Boyd Wayne Matthews, 51, of Murray, Utah passed away Tuesday Nov. 26 2013, with his family by his side after a brief illness.
Boyd was born July 18, 1962 to Earl and Hannah Matthews in Pleasant Grove, Utah.
Boyd made everybody's world a more beautiful place. Whether he was creating a beautiful space with his gifts in interior design, helping the young men in detention or being a pillar and example for those in recovery, he loved his careers and fulfilled them with passion and confidence. Everyone who knew him instantly fell in love with him.
He is survived by his loving partner of 16 years Dwight Lindsay, 6 children Zachary Matthews, Jantzen Matthews, Hannah Matthews, Allan Lindsay, Michael Lindsay, Rachael Lindsay, and his 2 dogs Paco and Gabby.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Boyd.. ( Steven B informed me of Boyd's passing) it was always a delight to visit your home and at Christmas time to bring stuffed toys for the kids at thee hospital..
Boyd will always remain a shining star for all those that knew him .. My prayers..

I was shocked to hear of Boyd's passing when I returned to town. He was always so full of life and one of my sweetest friends. I had a wonderful conversation with him recently as he was walking his dogs in Liberty Park. I will truly miss him.

Dwight,
Pat and I were absolutely stunned at the news of Boyd's departure. In utter selfishness, I wept to the core at the loss of his beautiful physical presence in my life. We shared such powerful blessings, that awakened my soul to the knowledge that there is no boundary to our Oneness.
Dwight, please know how held you are in our hearts, in our blessings and as soon as we see each other again, in our arms. You are beloved, dear soul.

Boyd, You have been on my mind so much since I heard of your crossing.... guess the angels will have a good time now that your running the party, however, the world is a little sadder with your absence.
