Jeff and family, my thoughts and prayers are with you in the loss of your father and grandfather. I grew up with Jeff and Fred was almost like a second father to me. The lessons he taught us and laughs we had in Boy Scouts and later in everyday life will always be remembered and cherished.

Fred was a kind and gentle man. He was like a brother to me and I will always appreciate the good times we had together in the VFW. Fred helped me understand the Constitution of the VFW. We worked very closely with each other in getting the Korean War Memorial established.
My deepest sympathy goes to Blanch and Fred's family.
May God Bless you all.
