We were saddened to learn of the death of Colonel Grogan. As an Army Veterinary Corps officer, I first met Colonel Grogan while stationed in Japan. Later I was assigned to the Veterinary Division 91T School at WRAIR. Janet and I have many pleasant memories of our days at WRAIR.
