Uncle George, more than just an uncle in my eyes. What I saw was an intelligent man, good husband, father, military role model, but most importantly to me he was a father figure that I knew I wanted to emulate as I was growing up. He was always there to give me advice and guidance when I needed it most. My memories of him will always be in my heart.

He was and is always the better man than others realized. What a real honour it was to have been both his employee and supervisor at one time. He acumen at treating the next person with dignity and respect is a lesson to both the living and passed. I mourn for his family, and yet there is also joy for knowing that such individuals still exist. If only others would have the courage to follow George's great lead. this old world would be better for this. Take care my friend, for we shall see you again.

Dear Marilu and family,
My heart is broken for all of you. There are no words to say that can take away the pain you have for your BIG loss. I would like to share this poem that was written by one of my friends Vicki Valeen Johnson.
"Beyond the Realm"
This earthly being housed in a body, was created to carry our souls...and as we live to love and learn, there is so much more untold...I am now in a resting place, where beauty and peace abound, that no imagination can explain or belief could question...even though the eyes can't see, or the ears can't hear, not even the mind can fathom this place, you wouldn't want me to miss the magic? So, as I take my final steps, and walk towards the light far beyond the clouds, you too will follow me one day Beyond the Realm...
