SMITH, JUNE EBERT (FEILER) April 16, 1918 to February 23, 2012 June Ebert Smith passed away on February 23rd after a prolonged illness. June is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Norman R., of La Jolla - and her two sons David (Naomi) and Laurence (Sharon). She was a proud and much adored grandmother to Joel and Elisabeth, Tama and Talya. Her final years were enriched by the dedication of her loving caregiver, Crystal. June's talents were many - and were displayed brilliantly in her home, which she designed, through her artwork, sculpture, countless culinary creations, her love of the arts, travel - and her overall sense of style. Graveside service at Home of Peace Cemetery on Sunday, February 26th, at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer Assoc. (www.als.org) or a charity of your choice.
