I'm so sorry for your loss, Jennifer. I had just talked to your dad a couple of weeks ago. It's extra hard when a loss is such a surprise.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you, Sally, and all your family. Take care.

Jon was "one of a kind" that is for certain! I enjoyed working with him in Right of Way, he could always make me laugh with his humorous comments ~ so many years ago... My condolences to Sally and Family, he always loved you all so much... Jon's light will shine on with so many that were waiting for his arrival...

I enjoyed working with Jon as a Right of Way Agent on the early '90s. He was a quiet man with a twinkle in his eye and sly sense of humor..he will be missed by all who knew him. My sincere condolences to Sally and Family.

I am so sorry to hear of Jon's passing. We worked together occasionally as volunteers at French Hospital. We had many enjoyable and interesting conversations because we were both high school Class of '59 graduates (from different schools).
We who knew him will miss his wry sense of humor and indefatigable presence.
Please accept my sympathy.

Jon was our landlord, and we can't imagine a better one. He did all of his repairs with great stories about learning at his father's knee, maintaining a hotel, keeping things going. And when I had surgery at French Hospital last year...there he was ... a dedicated hospital volunteer. Jon was one of the people who made America great, and he will be deeply missed. I met Jon through Sally. We became friends, played golf, shared hobbies in toy trains, always had great conversations about cars and shared some special vacation moments in Carmel. Jon, you will be forever missed.
Thinking of you.
