I am sorry that I did not get to really know you and your family. I have researched a lot of family history since I retire, and if any of my cousins would be interested in the Blackburn line I would be very happy to share. Sending love.

Blackburn Family, Thank You for sharing your Mother with me. This is so hard to write, I too feel I have lost a Mother & Dear Friend. She was always there for me when I needed a kind word, a hug, words of encouragement. She never forgot, no matter how far my travels would send me. I'm so Thankful for the time my daughter and I were able to spend with her recently. I only wish that I had more time with her. You are so Lucky to have such a Great Mother. I will always Love and Miss her. Sincerely, Julie Prowse/Shawcross

We were so lucky to have known your wonderful mom through the years, as a friend and as a co-worker at Mills. She always had a kind word and a warm smile. Her goodies at Christmas have become a tradition in our household. Lovie never forgot Grandpa Roy...he is so proud of his shirts from his dear friend. We will miss her, and our hearts go out to you, her loving family.
Sincerely,
Vicki and Roger Marlin

I've lived in the same neighborhood since
1976. Lovie & her husband watched my kids grow up as they passed by their place to their school bus stop each day,
stopping to pet their dogs & exchange friendly smiles. After her husband passed away I would continue to run into Lovie in the local shops or the convelescant center where she'd be visiting a long time friend. She always had a big smile on her face and a friend to all.
My heart & prayers go out to you all during this most difficult time.
Most Sincerely,
Trudy from Morro Bay
