I didn't know Blake, but I know his awesome kids...It's obvious to me that his kids loved him dearly. It's also obvious that he was a great Dad! Both of his girls are such great and wonderful human beings; a sure sign that there was a great Dad around...When I saw the picture of Blake and Meredith sticking their tongues out and Meredith looking up at Blake with those big glasses on, I knew right away the impact he had on them. I'm blessed to know your girls and I know you will be with them always watching over and protecting them. May your smile light up Heaven every time your daughters touch the lives of a child; it will be pretty bright up there.

My thoughts and prayers are with Blake's parents, children and family at this very heartbreaking time. I was a neighbor of Blake's and we went to school together thru junior high. I have a lot of good memories of Blake and will always remember him as wonderful friend. May you be at peace.

I've known Blake since 7th grade. Sometimes God for unknown reasons calls the best home before we are ready to let them go! This is true with Blake. Blake has made lasting impressions on many such as me. I will pray for him and his family, specially the kids regardless of age. Rest in Peace my good friend Blake ans some day we shall all be in God's arms praying for those that have not yet been called home. My message is on behalf of the old school gang of athletes, Eddie Escudero, Richard Montano, James Gomez, Nolan Arquero, Arnold Vigil, Karl/ Colonel Romero. Blake you are a good man! God bless us all. Sincerely, Gino Fulgenzi of Santa Fe, NM

I wish we would have had one more chance to laugh. But God had a plan and really who can argue with him. You are in his loving care and I am happy you are at peace. I will see you soon.

Fly high my Brother!

What a blow it was to learn of Blake's passing! The man had a heart of gold and sparkling eyes the color of the sky; with muscles like bricks complemented by a disposition of feathers. Vaya con Dios, Amigo!

Blake was a kind soul with a great sense of humor. It was wonderful to see him after so many years and to continue to keep in touch with him as many of us did. He spoke of his work and his love of family. He amused us with his jokes and his banter with his close friends. He is gone too soon and he will always be remembered most lovingly. Blessings to those left behind who loved him.

To the family of BB, I would like to extend my sincere condolences in your loss. BB was an inspiring individual that will truly be missed. One fond memory I have of BB was when he played football at NMMI- traveling to Colorado Springs to watch him and Stephen play will always be instilled. God's speed
