E. Audrey Nash
There will be no services for E. Audrey Nash, 89, of Santa Maria. Cremation was requested and her ashes will be scattered at sea.
Mrs. Nash was born June 23, 1921 in Crossfield, Alberta, Canada. She was raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where she graduated from the Calgary General Hospital in 1943 as a registered nurse. Audrey worked as a Nursing Sister with the Canadian Army. She became a U.S. citizen in 1948 and lived in Los Angeles and Glendale before moving to Santa Maria in 1970 with her husband, Les, a retired Glendale Police Lieutenant. She belonged to the Central Coast Watercolor Society, S.L.O.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Les, in 1988.
Arrangements are under the direction of Channel Cities Funeral Alliance.
