We are sadden by Bill's passing but honor to have known him. He touch the lives of many people when he said a simple Hello or when he was there for support. I first met Bill over 20 years ago when his wife was volunteering for a program. May his eternal light always be lit with the memories we have of him. He will not be forgotten.
