Liz, It was so good to be able to see you all together over the final months. I will miss our chats - and even our arguments. Much love to you and Ray.

Dear Liz,
I am remembering all the happy and funny times with Owen through the years. As a close neighbor, I knew aside of Owen that not all people saw.
The list is endless but a few highlights are: The Pigs! Building the outhouse. Raising gorgeous tomatoes but couldn't grow corn. Trying to keep a running lawn mower under "Mowin' Owen. Tapping his endless source of knowledge about anything. The visits to my shop. His imitations of the farmers when they worked the fields around us. Flying the confederate flag. Smoking good cigars and sipping good port. He will be missed.
