Jason Simone Obituary
Born Aug. 7, 1975, in Albany, N.Y., he is a son of Sharon E. (Livey) Simone and Thomas E. Simone.
A graduate of Saratoga Springs High School, he enjoyed art, reading books and playing frisbee golf.
He adored his wife, Morgan, as they hiked and took long walks together, enjoying each other's company. Yet, most of all, he enjoyed the time they had together with their daughter, Lyla Marie, who sadly passed away in 2006.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife and best friend, Morgan (DeLuca) Simone; his grandparents, Walter and Edna Livey; two brothers, Thomas W. Simone and Nathan (Caryn) Simone; one sister, Lyndsey Simone; his in-laws, whom he considered family, Terry and Donna DeLuca and brother-in-law, Jeremy and Doreen DeLuca; his two cherished special nieces, Tara Simone and Dinaea DeLuca; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
The family has requested that funeral services be conducted privately.
Burial will be at St. Peter's Cemetery on West Avenue.
There are no public calling hours. Calling hours will be private.
Arrangements are under the direction of William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing and Cunniff Funeral Homes, 628 N. Broadway, 584-5373.
Memorials may be made in his memory to any children's charity of one's choice.

To my good friend Jason,
When I first moved to Toga in 91-92ish you were one of the first to open your doors and invite me in to the circle of life long friends I have made there.
You and I would grow together shaping each others character a bit along the way. You were the type that anyone could count on in good times or bad times. You were always ready willing and able no matter what the situation.
But as life is for so many of us we all get shuffled around and lose touch here and there.
If the time came and we were reunited after all these years I know it would have been as if we never lost touch and we would have picked up where we left off.
Unfortunately we won't have that moment for a very long time but when that moment comes and I make that other big move I know you'll be there opening the doors and inviting me in to the circle once again.
I miss you bro and wish I could have been there for you.
