Betty, Glenn, Tonya and Family,

What a privilege God gave us to know Val these last 5 years. She was always a bright spot in our day and an encourager to me as her pastor. She always would greet me with a specific word of encouragement following each service and she would tell me how God was working in her life.

We rejoice in her enjoying the glory of Jesus, her Savior who she loved and served, but it is very difficult for us to be so far away in Germany and not be there to walk with you through this time. We loved your Mom and love you and are praying for you.

Betty, I am very sorry to hear of the passing of your Mother. It is apparent that your Mom was a wonderful person, as she raised a wonderful ddaughter.(Thanks for being so kind when we worked at Sears). I want you and your family to always trust God and lean not to your own understanding; to know that earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal. God bless you all is my prayer.

I never did see Ms. Henry without a smile on her face. She knew how to light up a room. I know she will be truly missed. Cindy Keith
