We are very sorry to hear of your loss. We ,while living in St Joseph , enjoyed his friendly smile and greetings. We also valued Nancy as a babysitter when our children were young, due to skills she learned from Bob and Rita.no doubt, Our condolences to your family. Mary Ellen and Ed Villalta , Minneapolis

From what I remember about Bob is that he always had a smile. He was such a busy man around the farm, a strong work ethic indeed! What a legacy he left! From what I recall all Bob and Rita's children turned out to be quite successful adults with a lot of different talents including trumpet, drums, art and others I am sure. What a wonderful family. Gods blessing and peace to you all as you move forward without your dad but with a ton of memories.

What a gracious and beautiful man Bob was. He was a role model to all of us as we grew up in that little midwestern town so long ago. I remember him putting his arm around me as we stood over Betty's casket.....both of us crying and yet he was there comforting me. He was a most blessed and humble man. Lola Wolf, Seattle
