Surrounded by her loving family, Stacey passed away on August 14th, 2017 at the St. Cloud Hospital. She was born on January 10th, 1984 to Barbara (Behrend) Kiffmeyer and Edward O'Connell of St. Cloud.
Stacey was employed at Independent Lifestyles in Sauk Rapids for 15 years. She attended St. Cloud Technical High School and later graduated in Graphic Design at St. Cloud Technical Community College. Stacey was a resonating voice in striving to help others achieve their own Independent Lifestyle in the community leading by example.
As an accomplished Artist, Stacey was colorful and vibrant in all facets of her life. A beautiful person both inside and out, she lived her life to the fullest with a beautiful smile and a cheerful heart. There were no challenges too great. Throughout her entire life they were all met with a mental toughness and solid desire, never letting those physical challenges stop her from accomplishing her dreams.
Her presence, great sense of humor, warm generous spirit and a love of life will be greatly missed by all who had the joy of knowing her.
She is survived by her new son Sloan Sunny Allen, life partner Anthony Allen, sister Jennifer Umerski, step siblings Jennifer, Travis, Kelly, Jill, Paul, Step parents John Kiffmeyer and Terri O'Connell.
The Celebration of Stacey's Spirit and Life Service will be Saturday, August 19th at the Sauk Rapids Government Center / Community Hall 1239 2nd Street North, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379.
Visitation will be 10:30 - Noon. Service will follow at the community center. Feel free to bring your memories to share.
Colorful attire is required.

Stacy had a rare and amazing spirit that was always a pleasure to experience . As her neighbor, I saw her often. Always warm and very friendly, she never said just hello. It was obvious to anyone who knew her how much she enjoyed everybody. My sympathy to her family.

Such a smile, big heart, proud mama and you were never so happy as you were with Anthony. Still seems like a dream to me. I am going to miss you always and forever.
