Ark was wonderful and a gracious neighbor .

My sympathy, thoughts and prayers to Winnie and family. I was blessed to have known Ark and his lovely family for many years. He hired me as his Assistant at KCM in 1977 until his retirement. It was a privilege to know him as a cherished "boss," friend, mentor and father figure and be involved in some of his endeavors such as the startup of Kin On. Ark was an amazing human being with the highest personal and professional intetrity.
Thanks to Ark and Winnie for their graciousness and selfless caring of others. Ark's patience and sharing of wisdom has made an indelible impression on my life. He will be missed but never forgotten and his legacy shall live on forever.
With deep affection to Winnie and family - Cheryl Oprea

Our hearts go out to our firend and "brother" Wison Chin and his family for the passing of Mr Chin - a father, father-in-law and a grandpa to his family. Through Wison we understood the values he passed on to his children of hard work, education, and giving back. We share your grief and hope you understand that Mr Chin is not gone - he just away. May he rest in peace!

I would like to express my sincerest condolences to Winnie, and to Ark's family. I had the privilege of working for Mr. Chin at KCM during the period from 1979 to 1985. He was a fine man, a great boss, and was always so kind and considerate to myself and my family. I have great respect for him, and am thankful he was a part of my life and career. It was a pleasure hearing your stories today at the memorial service. May God bless your entire family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren as you chart new territory without Ark "on point". Best regards.

I am sorry to hear about Ark's recent passing. He touched the lives of so many people and will be greatly missed. However along with Winnie's love and support, Ark has left a legacy that goes well beyond his village and the Seattle Chinese Community and for that we are all greately enriched.

Our deepest sympathy and love to Winnie and their wonderful family. A great shock as we learned last evening of Ark's passing. Ark and Winnie were very dear friends to us. They came to visit us twice while we lived in Bangkok, and once while we lived in Hanoi. They have been a blessing to a great host of people and Ark will be missed by all.
