Kay Donohue Obituary

Kay Hyde Donohue

53, passed away on Dec.4 in the Lake Stevens area where she resided. She died while walking on S. Machias Rd after being struck by a hit and run driver.

Kay grew up in Seattle. She attended Assumption School and Bishop Blanchet High School.

Kay was preceded in death by her parents Bob and Kathryn Hyde. She was the youngest of their six daughters.

She is survived by her two children, Kayla Hyde, Steven Donohue and her former husband, Patrick Donohue, all of Seattle. She is also survived by her five sisters Cecily Sandal, Mary Jane Mullan, Susan Hyde, Barbara Hyde Evans and Linda Guinn. Very important in her life were her Aunt and Uncle, Mary Beth and George DiJulio and their seven children especially Betsy Biehn and Lisa Given.

The memorials were private.

I am so very sorry to hear of Kay's passing. I will always remember my "across the street" friend. We shared many good times playing together on 44th. With sincere sympathy to your family.
