Frank and I were very saddened in the recent loss of your dad. We're sure he was so proud of all of you in taking such good care of him so lovingly and well when he needed you most. That shows what a true family is all about. It's obvious that each of you share a common interest in something your dad truly enjoyed that will carry on his memory amongst all of you when doing. We know he will be deeply missed and that he is now at peace to ease his and your pain. All of you are in our thoughts.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Jim at the City of Bellevue. He was so kind to me as a new inspector. We still talk about what a great guy he was. His knowledge of the codes and work with code development was highly respected.
