To the Flores family and friends - on behalf of the crew of the USS STERLET SS392 Association we send our prayers and comfort to help you get through the sending of our shipmate Chief Steward Flores on his Eternal Patrol.
As a member of the submarine family you will know that you are never alone and we are with you in all of your needs. The Sterlet was a Pearl Harbor boat from 1954-1968 and I know he shared some time with us.
Attention on Deck - Hand Salute Chief Flores has assumed the watch as he begins his eternal patrol. God Speed

A Hand Salute and farewell to a fellow Submariner and Steward. There is a possibility the Victor and I were in the same Stewards "A" school class in 1964.
Though I didn't sail with you I wish you fair weather and following seas on your new journey.
