ANDREA MARSHALL

May 23, 2003

I am a reservationist at Laidlaw Transit Services and I had the pleasure of speaking with Dorothy on many occasions, booking her transportation to Crossroads Mall and other places. She was a truly wonderful person to work with and I wish I would have had the opportunity to meet her in person. I felt as though she were a friend, since we had many talks throughout my 4 years of scheduling rides for Access Transportation. My sympathies to her entire family.
