Cory Michael GRENFELL Cory Michael Grenfell was born February 24,1987 and left us March 13, 2012. He is survived and deeply loved by his father Dale Grenfell (Gloria Grenfell), mother Connie Johnson and stepfather Doug Johnson, sisters Dina Grenfell (Blake Johnson), Dana Grenfell (Jeremy Bostad), and Ali, Lacie and Haley Johnson. Grandparents Richard and Dorothy Grenfell and Bonnie Donovan, Aunts Caryl Sharpe and Patty Donovan, Uncle Guy Grenfell, best friends Jeremy Yuse and Galen Emery, and countless other relatives, cousins and friends. Cory touched the heart of everyone he met. He was lovingly referred to as "Superman", though his powers were not those of fiction but rather very much real. His incomparable strength was balanced by his quiet gentleness. His razor sharp wit benefited by his immeasurable intelligence. His passion for so many things fostered by his unmatched creativity. But perhaps greatest of all though were his massive heart and unparalleled kindness. If there was pain, Cory could take it away in one swift move, be it with a knowing glance or a single flash of his beautiful smile. Though his years were short, the impression he left on the world will last forever. And that is the true mark of a hero. Services in celebration of Cory's life will be held Saturday, March 24 at 3:00 p.m. at the Philadelphia Church in Ballard, 7704 24th Avenue NW Seattle, WA.
