My wife and I knew Dick and Ginnie through the Mercer Island Presbyterian Church, where Dick served in many capacities over the years. Dick's wisdom, kindness and dignity touched everything he did, and you knew if Dick was involved, it was going to be well done and successful. I'll always remember his big, quick smile, and his quiet, soft-spoken but powerful presence with fondness. Our sympathies go to wife Ginnie and their family. Reiley Kidd, Seattle
