Leanna, I lived across the street from Jerry when he lived in Hawley. We probably played together everyday while we were growing up. I'm very sorry for your loss and that I never met your or your family.

I'm very sad to hear of Jerry's passing. He was truly one of a kind. We worked together for a number of years and I can't remember one day going by without our having at least one good laugh about something going on somewhere in the world. Jerry's smile and laugh were unmistakable. Jerry was always very kind to me and my family. Each Christmas he would have a thoughtful gift for me to take home to my wife and son and playfully ask if I knew just how many freckles were on my wife's cute face. Jerry was an awesome guy and my relationship with him will be at the top of my fond memories list whenever I look back over my career at Boeing. My prayer for Jerry's family is that the peace of God, which passes understanding, will comfort you and help you remember most of all the marvelous effect Jerry had on so many people's lives. God bless you.

I've known Jerry all my life and now a chapter of my life has closed with the loss of Jerrry. He was that kwirky cousin that everyone loved. I will never forget his visit to Idaho when he stayed with the family in the winter and the next morning he came out in flaming red long underwear right down to the flap in the back. i will never forget his thoughtfulness in giving gifts or the look on his face when he was thinking. He was very much loved. KarieSchow

Jerry and I lived next door to each other in Hawley,Minnesota; his mother and I are cousins. When I lived in Washington,I saw Jerry occasionally. The last time I saw him was at his mothers birthday party, when he gave a dollar coin, which I still have.

I have way too many memories to mention, but I'll tell you this. The G-man thoughtfully gave my mother a subscription to Reader's Digest (large print) one Christmas. Mom was ecstatic! She was ready to remove me from her will and add Jerry.
