James Connolly Obituary

James William 'Bill' CONNOLLY Bill Connolly, 85, died peacefully May 14, 2011. Born in Seattle on March 4, 1926 to Joe and Anna (Hagen) Connolly, he was the young est of 3 sons. He graduated from Ballard High School in 1944 and joined the Army Air Force. Upon discharge he attended Seattle University, graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He worked for the Boeing Company for 43 years before retiring in 1995. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary 'Beattie' Connolly; sons, Jerry (Sue), Bob and Dan; daugh ter, Anne Casel (Rod); and 11 grand children. He was greatly loved and will be missed by all. Recitation of the Rosary will be Thursday, May 19th, at 7:00 PM at Hoffner Fisher & Harvey Chapel 508 N. 36th St., Seattle, WA Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, May 20th, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 8900 35th Ave. N. E., Seattle. Interment, Holyrood Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to Human Life Education Fund, 14400 Bel-Red Rd., Suite 207, Bellevue, WA 98007-3952; or St. Francis House, 169 12th Ave., Seattle, WA 98122.
