Leonard Puett Obituary

Leonard (Bob) PUETT Leonard (Bob) Puett, loving husband to Kate and abiding father to Caryl, Robert, Geoff, Dana and Alison, died Sunday, May 10, 2009, at Evergreen Hospice Center after a valiant struggle with pancreatic cancer. He was 68. Visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday, May 15 at Flintoft Funeral Home, 540 E Sunset Way, Issaquah. A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 16, at Church of the Resurrection, 15220 Main St, Bellevue. A committal service will be held 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 SE 240th St., Kent. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Bob be made to the Kate Roger's Fund for Professional Development or the Swedish Cancer Institute fund at Swedish Medical Center Foundation, 747 Broadway, Seattle, WA 98122 or call 206-386-2738. Friends are invited to view photos, get directions and share memories in the family's online guestbook at www.flintofts.com.

Kate,
I was so sorry to learn of Bob's death. I have many fond memories of working with him in the operating room.
