Margaret Humphreys Obituary

Margaret HUMPHREYS Born October 18, 1927, in Niagara Falls New York passed away January 22, 2011. Margaret was very active in Lake City Presbyterian Church, Eastern Star, PEO, Nation al Parliamentarian, Group Health Volunteer, and a Mensa Member. She also served in the Peace Corps. Margaret was a very active volunteer. If people could give half of what Margaret did think of how nice the world would be. Margaret is survived by her two sons Ben and Mark, his wife Betty and two grand children, JD and Jennifer. Services will be held at Lake City Presbyterian Church, Saturday Jan uary 29, at 1:30 pm.

We would like to express our deepest sympathy to the family. Margaret was truly an inspiring volunteer.She was always cheerful and helpful.

I volunteered at Group Health with Margaret for many years. We used to alternate chair and vice chair for quite a few years. She was always willing to help in any way that she could. I will sorely miss her.

My Mother's best friend, my wonderful friend - you were everything the word friend entails. I will cherish every memory we shared for over 40 years and I will miss you forever. I love you Margaret. There will never be another you.
