Margaret Mowery LILJEGREN Peg, 99. Born in Pittsfield, Mass. May 25th, 1911 to Rev. Dwight F. and Elizabeth Mowery, died March 28th, 2011, Bellevue, WA, with family present. Great appreciation goes to Pacific Regent nursing care for the past two years. She graduated from Radcliffe in 1933 with a degree in Chemistry. Sailed on the Yankee. Met Gus on the snow train out of Boston in 1936 and married in Newport, RI June 1938 with her father officiating. She raised three children, taught at The Mowery School (family owned) and had a keen interest in organic foods and natural health. Moved to the Seattle area in 1964; boating was her favorite activity with family. Her sense of humor stayed with her even as her memory failed.
