Ruth Esther Campbell

Ruth Esther CAMPBELL Ruth Esther Campbell was born at home on Capitol Hill in Seattle, May 10, 1911 and died on January 22, 2011 at home in Burien. She was predeceased by her parents Caroline and A.D. Campbell and brothers Frank and Duncan (Mary Ellen). She is survived by a nephew, Al Campbell (Susan) and their children Ruthie and Alex and a niece, Ellen Campbell. She was a life member of the Amethyst Chapter #138 OES and an active member of the Burien Free Methodist Church. She worked 32 years at Boeing and led an active retirement. Friends and family could count on her four-star humor and generous heart. She will be missed by countless people near and far. At her request, no services will be held. The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Washington Women in Need.
