I was proud to call Don my "gift brother." When we met in our early twenties when his dad married my mom, I remember thinking that he was one of the nicest and most gentle men I had ever met. That never changed in the 36 years I knew him. I will look for Don in Heaven; I thank God that we have the hope of seeing him again. Love, Laurie

Dear Ronda and family - I am very sorry and sad with the passing of Don. I have spent many an hour in your beautiful Wild Birds Unlimited Store in Burien. He was always so helpful and fun to talk with about my feeders and the wildlife park I had in my backyard in West Seattle. You are in my prayers and healing thoughts in the days and months ahead.

Don - Rhonda - family gatherings thru the years - I will always remember one of Don's comments - Rhonda look at all the food we are taking back - we brought to much- but we always got most of it eating - so Don would not have to reload - he always went with the flow -
