Patrick Fredrick Van Allen was born March 17, 1993 in Kent, WA to Laura Van Allen and Scott Pysher. He perished with his grandfather, Jan Van Allen, in a tragic home fire on September 28, 2012 and is survived by his mother, Laura Van Allen, his father, Scott Pysher, stepmother Cory Pysher, half brother Nolan Pysher, grandmother Helen Van Allen, grandparents Tom & Judy Pysher, and stepgrandparents George T & Christine Clark. He is also survived by loving aunts and uncles, Rebecca Pick, Sandra Pysher, John Pysher, Camm Clark, Quin Clark, Conn Clark and their spouses and children.

Patrick grew up in Kent, WA and was a senior at Thomas Jefferson HS. He was a tall young man with a quiet demeanor and a small circle of close friends. He enjoyed both video and role playing games with his friends, writing fiction, and culinary arts.

Patrick was deeply loved and will be missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Auburn, WA. The family requests any donations in his memory to be made to the Red Cross or South King County Fire.
